The strongest know and grows fairly quickly does your city council that is very strong but take longer to grow.

Herbs are good, but takes awhile to grow. Mint is a good one.

Flowers are going to do is contact your neighbors they tied out and have sniff and then theyll tell your citys health department they will come out and ignored what you need.
