Valentine Flowers …?

Im wondering how much it costs to buy and deliver roses around Valentine's Day. I would also like know if anyone knows a place to sell or discounted for a cheap price … Thank you. cuz im n im running the university often I have less money to spend and figure i Valentine's Day approaches, prices will rise again
